Mary Kate Anton has extensive experience in law enforcement and training, currently serving as the Director of Training at the United States Department of Defense since May 2001, alongside roles as Resident Agent in Charge and Special Agent. Additionally, Mary Kate has been an Adjunct Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers since January 2008. Earlier, Mary Kate completed a student internship at Pearse Street Garda Station with An Garda Síochána in 1998. Academically, Mary Kate holds a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University, with further studies at American College Dublin.

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) serves as an interagency law enforcement training organization for more than 118 federal agencies or participating organizations. In addition, FLETC provides training and training resources to state, local, tribal, territorial, campus, and international law enforcement. As a Component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FLETC’s mission is crucial for our Nation’s protection.
