Javier Ramirez

Javier Ramirez has extensive experience in conflict resolution and management, currently serving as Deputy Director of Field Operations at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since March 2005. In this role, Javier also holds several key titles, including Executive Manager of the Division of Agency Initiatives and Director of Agency Initiatives, overseeing areas such as Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), International, Education & Training, and strategic development. Prior to this, from May 1991 to March 2005, Javier worked with the United Food Commercial Workers as an Organizer, Director, and eventually President, gaining significant expertise in labor relations and field programs.
