Sarah Cudahy

Sarah Cudahy currently serves as the Associate Deputy Director of Field Operations at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, a position held since December 2019, with prior roles including Senior Advisor/Attorney Advisor and General Counsel. From May 2012 to November 2019, Sarah worked as the Executive Director and General Counsel of the Indiana Education Employment Relations Board. Earlier professional experience includes positions as an Associate at Laner Muchin and Barnes & Thornburg LLP, specializing in Labor & Employment, as well as serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Indiana Supreme Court. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Policy, Education, and European Studies from Boston University.
