Stephen Millen

Stephen Millen has extensive experience in mediation and executive management, currently serving as a Senior Mediator and Executive Manager for the Mid-Atlantic District at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since July 2012. Additionally, Stephen holds the position of Commissioner and has acted as the Executive Director of the Philadelphia Federal Executive Board from October 2022 to September 2024. Stephen is an alumnus of Wayne State University.
