Michael J. C.

Michael J. C. is a highly experienced attorney currently serving as a Senior Attorney for the Office of General Counsel at the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission since December 2013. Michael has held various roles within the Commission, advising on substantive legal issues under the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act, overseeing complex appellate cases, and collaborating with a five-member panel of Commissioners. Additionally, Michael is a Government Member at the Administrative Conference of the United States, participating in legislative processes and reviewing reports on administrative law.
