Nikolas Kretzschmar is an experienced professional in integration policy and social cohesion, currently serving as the Head of Division 81A at the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge (BAMF) since January 2012. Kretzschmar's role involves overseeing various aspects of integration, including cultural integration, higher education, and policy advising. Prior to BAMF, Kretzschmar led the Welcome Centre at FAU and worked as a consultant for ICUnet.AG, focusing on relocation and repatriation services. Kretzschmar holds a Master's degree in Japanese studies and media sciences from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and has also studied at 宇都宮大学.
