Riley Prettyman

Riley Prettyman, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Federal Package since February 2022, Riley previously held the position of Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Generalist at Hydra-Flex, Inc. from March 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition and diversity initiatives. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Human Resources Coordinator at Home Health Care, Inc. from January 2018 to March 2020, and as a Human Resources Associate, focusing on the employee lifecycle for Certified Nursing Assistants. Riley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Iowa State University, obtained between 2014 and 2017.
