Federal Public Defender
Eliza Meredith is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Federal Public Defender at the Federal Defender Organizations since August 2023. Previously, Eliza held the position of Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Courts from September 2021 to August 2023 and worked as a Summer Associate at Goldstein, Borgen, Dardarian & Ho in the summer of 2020. Other significant roles include a Legal Extern at the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area, a Capital Habeas Unit Legal Intern at the Federal Public Defender, and a Public Art Program Coordinator for the City of Durham.
