Kiuan Hearns

Kiuan Hearns is a seasoned professional specializing in behavioral health and education, currently serving as a Mitigation Specialist at the Federal Public Defender since August 2022 and an Adjunct Professor at Grace Christian University since September 2020. Previous roles include Mediator at Friend of The Court, Clinical Therapist at Impact Counseling and Consulting, and Clinical Team Lead at Arbor Circle, among others. Kiuan has extensive experience addressing the needs of at-risk youth through individual and family therapy, group counseling, and mentorship. Kiuan holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Grand Valley State University.
