Laura Myers

Laura Myers is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Federal Public Defender at the Federal Defender Organizations since February 2023. Prior to this role, Laura worked as a Judicial Law Clerk and Staff Attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit from June 2018 to August 2022. Laura gained additional experience as a Law Clerk at the ACLU of Ohio in the summer of 2017. Academically, Laura holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Notre Dame Law School, obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Theology, and Journalism, Ethics and Democracy from the University of Notre Dame, completed in 2011.
