Mark T. Brennan

Mark T. Brennan is currently the VP Regional Development at Federal Realty Investment Trust. Prior to this, they were the Director of Development at Colin Development Group, LLC from November 2013 to January 2015. There, they closed nearly $20 million of urban retail acquisitions. From June 2012 to October 2013, Brennan was the Vice President at Related Companies. There, they oversaw Leasing and Asset Management for 2.3 million square feet retail and commercial portfolio. Additionally, they developed the overall leasing strategy and retail merchandising plan for all new Manhattan mixed-use developments. Mark also lead the development of and was responsible for the implementation of comprehensive business plans, programs, initiatives, and strategies that promoted the achievement of optimum operational, financial, and business performance of 35 assets throughout the United States. Furthermore, they were a member of the Strategic Reporting Team - spearheading the overhaul of company-wide financial and compliance initiatives. Mark also executed over 110,000 square feet of retail and office leases. Lastly, they were the Director of Development at Blumenfeld Development Group, Ltd. from January 2015 to October 2017.
