Michael Linson

Michael Linson is the current VP of Finance at Federal Realty Investment Trust. Michael has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, including positions at The Penzance Companies, The Mills Corporation, US Gen/PG&E NEG/NEGT, and UBS/PaineWebber. Prior to their work in investment banking, they were an assistant manager for financial accounting and reporting at Marriott International. Michael began their career as a senior auditor at Arthur Andersen.

Michael Linson received their MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business in finance and accounting. Michael also has a BBA from Loyola University Maryland in accounting.

Michael Linson reports to Donald C. Wood, President & CEO. Michael Linson works with Melissa Solis - SVP & Chief Accounting Officer, Joseph Byrnes - Vice President, Regional Leasing, and Michael Ennes - SVP, Mixed-Use Initiatives and Corporate Communications.
