Maros Boroviak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in Unix and Linux system administration. Currently serving as Team Leader Unix Systems at Finanzagentur GmbH since September 2016, Maros oversees the Unix platform team, engaging in the planning, operation, and monitoring of infrastructure while also managing modern server and network systems with efficient monitoring processes. Prior roles include Senior Linux System Administrator in a Big Data environment, Senior System Administrator at DIAMOS AG, and various positions in system and network administration. Maros began their career at The Center for Scientific Computing as an HPC Linux System Administrator and has a solid foundation in user support from early experiences at CGI. Maros holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Informatik from Goethe University Frankfurt, earned between 2003 and 2009.
