Alan Faircloth

Alan Faircloth currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since February 2011, with responsibilities in risk and compliance counsel, bank regulatory law, and various legal matters. Previously, Alan managed the Enforcement function at the Reserve Bank and served at the Office of Thrift Supervision as Regional Enforcement Counsel and Senior Attorney, providing legal counsel and managing enforcement actions. Alan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Valdosta State University, along with a certification as a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
