Angelin Maines

Angelin Maines has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Angelin currently holds the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, where they lead the Talent Acquisition function and develops programs and policies to support the bank's human resources needs.

Prior to this, Angelin worked at BNY Mellon as the US Sourcing & Market Intelligence Manager, overseeing the construction of talent sourcing strategies and partnering with TA and business leaders to inform sourcing strategies.

Angelin also worked at Lincoln Financial Group as the Executive Recruitment, Strategic Partnerships, and Diversity Manager, where they were responsible for the strategy, framework, and execution of the Officer & Executive Talent Sourcing Program, with a focus on under-represented talent.

Before joining Lincoln Financial Group, Angelin held various positions at Truist bank, including VP, Senior Manager Sourcing Talent Acquisition Leader, where they managed a team of recruiters and sourcers and implemented scalable recruiting strategies.

Their earlier work experience includes roles at SunTrust Bank (now Truist), Randstad Sourceright US, Bank of America, Fidelity National Bank, and SIS Bank.

Throughout their career, Angelin has demonstrated strong leadership skills, a focus on diversity and inclusion, and a track record of delivering results in talent acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Angelin Maines has a Human Resource Management Certificate from The University of Georgia in Human Resources Management and Services. Angelin also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from American International College. Additionally, they have completed Leadership Development Training in Financial Services.
