David Scruggs

David Scruggs is an experienced photographer and web development professional based in North Atlanta. Currently serving as a photographer at One Soul Boudoir since January 2011, David specializes in luxury boudoir photography. In addition, a long-term role at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as a Senior Web Development Programmer/Analyst began in 2000, focusing on front-end development and user research to align business requirements with stakeholder expectations. David also contributed as a volunteer web systems developer for the Metro Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless in 2011 and has held various positions in web development and client relations across multiple organizations, including Human Factors International and REI. Educational qualifications include a Certified Scrum Master credential from a 2014 training in Atlanta and studies at the University of Florida from 1983 to 1985.
