Monica Evans

Monica Evans, MPA, MDiv, currently serves as a Senior Community Development Advisor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since May 2023. Previously, Monica held various roles at The Lupton Center from September 2018 to November 2022, including FCS Fellows Director, Community Development Consultant, Communications Manager, and Project Manager. Prior experience encompasses positions at Honeybee Technologies, LLC as Director of Operations and E-Commerce, and as a Career and Executive Coach at Hired, Paid, and Fulfilled Career Planning, along with Future Foundation as Chief Operating Officer. Monica’s career also includes roles at Potential Matters, Exceleration Partners, Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts, and Orange County, North Carolina. Educational qualifications include ongoing doctoral studies in African-American/Black Studies at Clark Atlanta University, a Master of Divinity from Emory University, and an MPA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, along with a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Salem College.
