Patricia Lerma Bracknell

Patricia Lerma Bracknell is an accomplished leader dedicated to driving progress within the Hispanic community, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of the Chamber for Hispanic Progress since November 2023. Patricia holds a leadership position in the Southern Cities Economic Inclusion Program at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and has been an appointed member of the Economic Inclusion Advisory Committee and the Mayor’s Commission on Social Equity and Economic Opportunity in Norfolk, VA. Experience includes significant roles such as Executive Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Coastal Virginia, Business Development Executive at Veterans Environmental Group, and various positions in project management and analysis at well-regarded firms. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University and multiple degrees in International Business from Universidad Regional del Norte and Colorado State University Pueblo.
