Jennifer Quigley

Jennifer Quigley is an assistant vice president in the National Financial Support Office, which is headquartered at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She is responsible for the design and support of cost accounting policy to enable the consistent aggregation and reporting of the cost data for the five core functions of the Federal Reserve System. Additionally, Jennifer supports the production of nationally priced services cost and revenue components and the coordination of pricing reviews.

Prior to joining the Bank, Jennifer worked at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors where she served as the financial management and planning manager with responsibility for Reserve Bank budget oversight, cost accounting policy, and cost accounting compliance. Prior to that role, she worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco for over 15 years.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s in mathematics and economics from Wellesley College and spent a semester studying mathematics in Budapest, Hungary.
