Jennifer Rogers

Jennifer Rogers serves as the Director of Strategy and Innovation at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since October 2013, with prior roles as a Business Relationship Manager and Training and Communications Specialist. From January 2008 to June 2014, Jennifer founded and served as CEO of Crafters Quarters, LLC, a makers studio that provided a unique creative workspace through exceptional customer service and diverse classes. Jennifer's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Education Manager and Senior Technical Education Consultant at inCode Telecom Group, where responsibilities encompassed training program development and management, and education budget oversight. Additional experience includes management positions at Openwave Systems, Gemological Research Corporation, and Wang Federal, focusing on educational program development, customer support, and technical training. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Innovation from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Astronomy from Wellesley College.
