Leah Pranis

Leah Pranis is an assistant vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and deputy head of service management for the FedNowSM Business Operations organization, which is responsible for around-the-clock management and monitoring of the FedNow Service Program, as well as support and integration. The unit is also charged with maintaining business continuity and resiliency for FedNow and partnering with customer operations and technology workstreams to provide consistent and scalable management of the service. Leah oversees the design and implementation of the service management and support model, as well as its processes and procedures. Leah is also responsible for the staffing strategy and recruitment for the Service Management team, and she will spearhead FedNow’s business continuity planning, testing, and execution in collaboration with the technology team.

Leah joined the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in 2002 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in Cash, the Financial Service Group, and the Markets Group prior to joining FedNow.
