Lisa Perlini is a vice president in the Cash Services department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. In this role, Lisa leads Cash Services and is the First District representative on the Cash Advisory Group, which advises the Cash Product Office on strategies, policies, and operations for System Cash Services. Lisa is actively engaged in Federal Reserve System cash by leading or actively participating in several Federal Reserve National Cash Services initiatives.
Lisa has been with the Boston Fed since 1999, joining the Bank from the financial services industry to launch and manage a virtual contact center operation, TreasuryDirect. She later transferred to Human Resources, where she led the talent management function. In 2008, Lisa was promoted to assistant vice president in Cash Services.
Before joining the Federal Reserve, she held multiple positions of increasing leadership responsibility in call centers starting at the Providence Journal Company and in the financial services industry.
Lisa has an M.A. in organizational management from the University of Phoenix-Online, an advanced HR Generalist Certificate from Society of Human Resource Management, and a B.A. in political science from Rhode Island College.
