Michael Field

Michael Field is a seasoned IT Risk Specialist with extensive experience in risk management and audit processes within the financial services sector. Currently serving at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since June 2013, Michael focuses on developing and executing risk-based supervisory strategies for large financial institutions, with a particular emphasis on operational and technology risk assessments in areas such as cyber-security and business continuity. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Liberty Mutual, where responsibilities included supervising audits of IT controls and managing staff, and at Deloitte & Touche, where Michael managed risk assessments and audits across multiple industries, providing oversight and mentorship to audit teams. Michael holds a Master's Degree in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University.
