Natalia Guzman

Natalia Guzman is an experienced professional in hospitality and event management, currently serving as General Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since February 2020. In this role, Natalia acts as a liaison between Sodexo Services and the Federal Reserve, overseeing annual subsidies, budgeting, labor, and food costs. Prior to this, Natalia held the position of Director of Conference Services, where responsibilities included project management for new event management software and the management of significant conference spaces. From March 2016 to February 2020, Natalia worked at Sodexo as Director of Catering, generating over $2.5 million in annual revenue through food and beverage services for Merrimack College events. Earlier career experience includes roles as Assistant Front Office Manager at Embassy Suites and Sales Administrative Assistant at Marriott Teaneck at Glenpointe. Natalia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from the State University of New York at Delhi, completed in 2012.
