Paul Marcotte is an assistant vice president for Regional & Community Bank Supervision in the Supervision, Regulation & Credit department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Paul oversees the Community Banking Organization holding company supervision program, the Offsite Supervision function, which is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of the condition of the Reserve Bank’s portfolio of banks and holding companies, and Examination Logistics, which provides the operational support to keep the bank examination function running smoothly.
Paul has been with the Reserve Bank for over 30 years and has held a variety of positions in several departments over the course of his career including Research, Real Estate Services Group, Credit, and Payment Systems Risk.
Paul has a B.A. in economics/political Science from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Boston College.
