Steve Rebello

Steve Rebello is an accomplished Agile Coach and Scrum Master with extensive experience in leading Agile transformations and enhancing software development processes. Currently serving as the FedNow Senior Scrum Master / Agile Coach at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since September 2020, Steve has a proven track record from prior roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, SimpliVity Corporation, and Bose Corporation, where initiatives included improving development cycles and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Earlier experience at Harvard University involved significant leadership in transitioning teams from waterfall to Agile methodologies, managing intricate projects, and administering Atlassian tools. Steve holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management, Finance and Control from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
