Al Patel is an accomplished information technology professional with extensive experience in information security and risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since October 2013, Al has held various positions within the organization, including Assistant Vice President & Enterprise Data Loss Protection Officer and Information Security Program Manager, where key responsibilities involved leading information security initiatives and managing security programs. Prior experience at UBS included roles as Network Security Architect and Senior Security Engineer, focusing on engineering security solutions for e-commerce and global security strategy. Al's career began at CNA Insurance as Lead Systems Engineer and included a position as Network Support Supervisor at Loyola University. Al holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago.
