Ali Mir

Ali Mir is a seasoned professional in talent development, currently serving as the Lead Talent Development Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since May 2013. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities that include managing external education, development planning, succession planning, and leadership development programming, as well as overseeing communication and budget management. Prior to this position, Ali Mir gained valuable experience as a Talent Management Intern at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and held various graduate student assistant roles. Additionally, Ali Mir worked as a Mental Health Specialist at Hartgrove Behavioral Health System and as a Research Assistant at Loyola University Chicago, contributing to studies on psychological well-being and communication. Ali Mir holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
