Shahid Abbas - Csm

Shahid Abbas is a seasoned Agile professional with extensive experience in Scrum and Agile coaching, currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since September 2021. Previously, Shahid held the position of Agile Coach and Scrum Specialist at AIM Specialty Health - Anthem from November 2019 to August 2021, and served as a Senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas between January 2017 and November 2019. Earlier roles include Agile Project Lead at Zurich North America, Senior Tech Lead Analytics at Accretive Health, Systems Tech Analyst at WellPoint, and Senior Lead Consultant at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Shahid holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University, completed between 2003 and 2004.
