Shane Smith

Shane Smith has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Support Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since April 2014, following roles as Operations Supervisor and Operations Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Shane held the position of Assistant Manager at Walgreens from 2011 to November 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Point Park University, completed between 2012 and 2013, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from Concord University, earned from 2006 to 2010.
