Tonderai Sithole is an experienced Scrum Master with a robust background in Agile methodologies, currently serving at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since August 2022 and as a Senior Scrum Master at Ladera Lending, Inc. since August 2020. Previously, Tonderai held roles at Digital Risk from April 2018 to August 2020 and Genpact from January 2013 to March 2018, where responsibilities included fostering collaborative development, establishing Agile governance models, and enhancing team performance through servant leadership.
