Haley Hoggatt

Haley Hoggatt is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in both procurement analysis and support services. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since March 2022, Haley previously held multiple roles at Gallagher Construction Services from August 2015 to January 2022, including Director of Support Services and Project Engineer. Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Harding University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
