Susan Frear

Susan Frear is the AVP at Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Susan has over 8 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector. Susan began their career as the Director of Education at the Center for Nonprofit Management. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the educational programs and initiatives for the organization. Susan then transitioned to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where they have held various positions, including Manager of Corporate Planning and Business Excellence, Manager of Payroll and Information Systems, and Talent Management Specialist. In their current role as AVP, they are responsible for leading the bank's corporate planning efforts.

Dr. Susan Frear has a Ph.D. in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from The University of Dallas. Susan also has a certification from ELI, Inc. as a Certified Instructor, a certification from ASQ as a Certified Quality Manager / Organizational Effectiveness (CQM/OE), and a certification from ASTD as an E-Learning Certificate. Furthermore, they have certifications from the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and they are also certified by the Association for Strategic Planning as a Strategic Planning Professional (SPP). Finally, they have certifications from DDI as both a Targeted Selection Facilitator and Administrator.
