Tamara Ick

Tamara Missick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consumer compliance and risk management within the Federal Reserve System. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since June 2024, Tamara previously held positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance with consumer protection laws as a Senior People Leader - Officer and managing stakeholder relationships as a Consumer Compliance Manager. Prior experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago as a Supervision Manager involved team development and training, while earlier roles included conducting supervisory exams and credit risk analysis. Tamara holds an Executive Education Scholar Certificate in Strategic Leadership from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Finance and Commercial Banking from Hampton University, alongside a Commissioned Examiner designation from the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
