Alexis Farr

Alexis Farr is a seasoned professional in the banking and finance sector, currently serving as a Senior Manager in Supervision and Regulation at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since August 2014. In this role, Alexis has developed and led key training programs, including the Examiner-in-Charge class for the CC Examiner Commissioning Program and the CC Loans class. Previous positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago involved leading regulatory examinations for consumer compliance and the Community Reinvestment Act. Alexis has also served in AmeriCorps*VISTA, focusing on education and community service, and gained foundational experience in finance during an internship at Bankers Trust. Academically, Alexis holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Project Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications Studies from The University of Iowa.
