Amy Cole

Amy Cole is senior vice president and the Bank's chief human resources officer. She is responsible for the People, Strategy and Workplace Support Division which includes the Human Resources, Finance and Strategy and Risk departments. She also serves as a member of the Bank's Management Committee.

Ms. Cole joined the Bank in 2005 as an analyst in the Customer Relations and Support Office. In 2007, she rotated to the Customer Contact Center where she held various management roles. In 2011, Ms. Cole transferred to the Human Resources Department as a manager and was appointed assistant vice president of Human Resources in 2013 and vice president of Human resources in 2015. Ms. Cole holds a B.S. degree in Business Management from the University of Missouri and a M.B.A. in Leadership and Change in Human Systems from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
