Brian N. Salmon

Brian N. Salmon is a Senior UX Strategist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City. Prior to this role, Brian N. worked at Union Pacific Railroad as a Mobile UX Strategist, where Brian N. provided strategic direction for the Digital Transformation of train engineer and conductor jobs. Brian N. was also responsible for launching a company-wide crowd sourced innovation program as an Innovation Evangelist. With experience in web design, human factors engineering, and software design, Brian has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, Brian N. received an Executive Certificate in Strategy & Innovation from MIT Sloan Executive Education.
