Christopher Hotchkiss started their work experience at Parsons-Wilson Inc in 2006 as a Developer, where they built a virtualized small office environment and implemented custom Wordpress themes. In 2007, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Application Developer and later worked their way up to Assistant Vice President and Vice President roles. During their time at JPMorgan Chase, they managed multiple teams, reduced open ticket counts, and led the technology exit of a prepaid closed loop smartcard product. Christopher also championed a successful scrum transformation and implemented a CI/CD pipeline. In 2016, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston as a Director, Client Services, where they managed a remote office and navigated a complicated acquisition process while maintaining quality service. In 2018, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City as a Product Director.

Christopher Hotchkiss received their Masters degree in Management Information Systems, General from the University of South Florida, from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from the same university, from 2002 to 2006. In addition, Christopher has obtained several certifications, including Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner, Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner, Certified SAFe 5 Agilist, Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
