Jake Massey

Jake Massey is an experienced analyst currently working at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since November 2021, where responsibilities include budget creation and project tracking for the Supervision Product Management team. Prior to this role, Jake held various positions at the University of Arkansas, including Administrative Specialist II, where oversight of housing administration took place, and also worked in customer service-oriented roles. Additional experience includes an internship with Senator Patrick Toomey's office, assisting with constituent casework and policy research. Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics as well as degrees in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Arkansas and has relevant experience in hospitality and customer service.
