Amy Black

Amy Black has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Amy is currently working at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis as the Director of Operations and Support since September 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Enterprise Command Center at Xcel Energy from February 2018 to September 2023. Amy also worked at Target for a significant duration, holding multiple roles including Senior Manager of Guest Relations from April 2013 to February 2018, Global Crisis Management Team Leader from December 2011 to April 2013, Investigative Consultant from April 2011 to December 2011, Manager of Distribution Assurance from December 2008 to April 2011, Lead Process Analyst from February 2007 to December 2008, and Senior HR Business Partner from September 2005 to February 2007.

Amy Black holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management from Gustavus Adolphus College. Amy also has completed an MBA in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business.
