Andrea L. Turner, J.D. has extensive experience in the field of human resources and inclusion. Andrea L. currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Inclusion at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Turner Consulting since March 2013. From February 2018 to August 2020, Andrea was the Director of Human Resources at the City of Saint Paul. Andrea L. had previously held the position of AVP Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer at Augsburg College from October 2008 to February 2013. Beginning in April 2000, Andrea worked for TSI Incorporated in various roles such as Human Resources Manager from April 2000 to April 2003 and later as the Director of Human Resources from April 2003 to May 2007.

Andrea L. Turner, J.D. obtained their Juris Doctorate degree in General Law with an emphasis on Employment Law from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. Prior to their law degree, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Swarthmore College, graduating in the years 1978 to 1983.
