Bridget Muenich started their work experience in 1996 as a Training Specialist at Advanced Technology Associates. Bridget then worked as a Business Analyst/Trainer at M&I Data Services from 1997 to 1999. In 1999, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and held various roles including Management Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Senior Business Systems Liaison. From 2010 to 2018, they served as the Manager of the Learning Management Support Office (LMSO) where they successfully moved an enterprise solution to a Cloud platform. Currently, they are an IT Director and Deputy of the LMSO at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.

Bridget Muenich earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Public Relations from St. Cloud State University between 1990 and 1993. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Leadership Essentials Certificate from the University of Minnesota College of Continuing & Professional Studies (expected in 2023), a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci (2022), and various LinkedIn certifications such as "My Photoshop Story: Chris Orwig, Photographer" and "LinkedIn Quick Tips" (both obtained in 2020).
