Kathy W. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kathy most recently worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis as an IT Project/Program Principal, where they served as the IT Program Manager for bankwide projects. Prior to that, they worked at Medtronic, where they held various roles such as Service Excellence & Delivery Manager, IT Manager, and IT Program Manager/Sr Program Project Analyst. Before that, they worked at Target as a Business Process Consultant and Senior Specialist. Kathy also has experience working at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. in various marketing roles. Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated strong leadership and relationship-building skills while managing international teams and overseeing critical core applications.

Kathy W. holds a Masters degree in Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business, which they obtained in 2008. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies in Marketing at St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School. In addition to their formal education, Kathy has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc., and the Business Relationship Management Professional - BRMP® from APMG International.
