Lindsey Dietz

Lindsey Dietz, PhD, currently serves as a Data Science Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, where responsibilities include leading the Stress Testing Production Function and overseeing the production quality of software and analytics for policy makers. Previous roles at the Federal Reserve include Senior Quantitative Analyst, where Lindsey played a critical role in the 2020 stress test during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Quantitative Analyst, focusing on model validations. At IF/THEN, Lindsey contributed as an AAAS IF/THEN® Ambassador, promoting women in STEM. Academic credentials include a PhD in Statistics and prior roles as a Statistical Consultant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Minnesota, alongside a history of quantitative analysis with U.S. Bank and various consulting projects.
