Nikki Chapman

Nikki Chapman, MPA, is currently serving as an HR Consultant focused on Talent Acquisition at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis since March 2024. Prior to this role, Nikki was a Recruiter for Dev10 from November 2021 to May 2023 and worked at Brown University as a Talent Hiring & Development Specialist from August 2020 to July 2021. Additional experience includes serving as a College Course Instructor at the University of Arizona, where Nikki also held various positions, including Talent Coordinator in Housing & Residential Life and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Nikki's career began at PetSmart as a Customer Service Associate and continued through multiple roles at the University of Arizona, culminating in a Master of Public Administration degree obtained in 2018, along with a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences and a Minor in Leadership Studies.
