Paul Wallace has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Paul began their career at Lehigh University as an Instructional Technology Specialist from August 1998 to August 1999. Paul then joined Fisher's Net as the Director of Educational Technology from August 1999 to February 2000. Paul later joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis in March 2000 as a Lead Software Engineer, a role they held until September 2008. Paul then transitioned to the position of Manager of Bank Digital and Design Services at the same company, where they worked until their most recent role as the Director of Strategic Communications, which they started in July 2021.

Paul Wallace received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Mathematics from Pepperdine University from 1989 to 1993. Paul then attended Luther Seminary from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Master of Divinity (M-Div) degree in Theology. Later, from 2002 to 2008, they pursued an MBA in Management from the University of St. Thomas.
