Scott Larsen

Assistant Vice President - Supervision, Regulation & Credit at Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis

Scott is responsible for Budget/Personnel, Statistical and Structure Reporting, and Support Services in SRC.

He’s held various positions since joining the Bank in 1991 as an accounting analyst, providing support to the accounting systems. He moved to SRC in 1997 as an analyst supporting the discount window and payment systems risk applications. He helped lead the effort to develop a centralized risk management information system that was used by all 12 district Banks and the Board of Governors.

Scott then moved to Treasury Services, where he managed the project implementing a new customer relationship tool used by the Treasury retail securities functions at the Minneapolis Fed and Bureau of the Fiscal Service.

He also spent four years in IT managing Desktop Support, the Project Management Office, and other areas, along with creating the new business relationship management function within IT.

Scott has a B.A. in accounting from Concordia College (Moorhead) and a master’s degree in business from the University of St. Thomas.
