Beth Wise

Beth Wise, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Relations & Budgets at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since March 2016. Previous roles at the Federal Reserve Bank include Employee Relations Specialist, Compensation Specialist, and Senior Compensation Analyst. Prior to this, Beth worked as an HR Generalist at The Wistar Institute, focusing on recruitment and compliance, and served as Project Admin/Talent Acquisition at Drexel University, guiding hiring practices. Additional experience includes a position as Human Resource Analyst for the City of Philadelphia and as Assistant Branch Manager at TruMark Financial Credit Union. Beth holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Philadelphia University, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at the University of Scranton.
