Janine Beale, CBAP, is an accomplished program manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, where experience spans from supervising the Microsoft 365 program to transforming customer insights into innovative technologies as a CX Program Manager/Business Analyst. Beale has also chaired the Supervision & Regulation Mobile Strategy Group, leading a national team to enhance mobile technologies for bank staff. As Director of the S&R Infrastructure Office, Beale managed efforts to ensure operational excellence and innovate mobile tools. Previous roles include IT Business Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and various IT positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Beale holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Troy State University.
