Marjorie Patterson

Marjorie Patterson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic planning within the Federal Reserve System. Currently serving as Manager of ITS Strategic Planning, Program Management, and Administration at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since October 2022, Marjorie is responsible for budget management and reporting for the ITS department. Prior roles include Financial and Regulatory Reporting Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where Marjorie led a team and implemented a positive team culture, and Responsibility Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, overseeing communication strategies for new services. Marjorie's background also includes significant project management experience, including managing a system-wide program for the Federal Reserve’s centennial. Education includes a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University.
